Robert Quintana, Senior Pastor with wife Heather
Born in Philadelphia, PA, Robert Quintana was born to Cuban immigrants. Raised in the rich Cuban culture, Robert's first language was Spanish, and his favorite food has always been rice and beans.
During his teen years, Robert's family moved to sunny Florida, where he attended Forest Lake Academy. During his senior year, he recommitted his life to Christ and dedicated his life to career ministry.
In response to that sense of call, Robert attended Southern Adventist University and graduated with a theology degree in 1998. Before his senior year, he spent a year serving in a taskforce position as Youth Pastor at Greeley SDA Church in Greeley, Colorado. That year in ministry confirmed his call and helped him identify his passion for working with youth.
In 2005 Robert answered a call to the Frederick SDA church to serve as Youth Pastor. Within two years of that call, the Frederick church asked Robert to fill the position of Senior Pastor.

Alvin Payne, Youth Pastor with wife Sarita
Alvin Payne was born Manhattan New York and grew up in Manhattan, South Lancaster Massachusets, and Orlando. He has served as youth pastor in Miami, Atlanta, and Hillsboro Oregon. Fortunately for us, God has led him to Frederick!
A note from Pastor Alvin: "For those of us who see within the lines of God's leading in our lives--He brought me to Frederick because here He knows is the best place for me to begin and establish a home with my wife Sarita and to accomplish the mission He has for the youth of this church."
"Our wedding was August 31 2008 in Miami Florida where Sarita is from. God knew this church would be the perfect environment for us to begin as a couple, as a family, and I can see why Frederick has been called, 'The Church That Cares'."
"The vision God is revealing to me is daily becoming clearer, and my desire to become part of the team of dedicated leaders is strong. As Youth Pastor, I see and agree with the Master that all of our young people should become disciples for Jesus--the field is ripe not only in our church, but in our community as well."
"Let's ask God together--what are His plans for our church--and then let's take our place in this world--moving forward in this journey."
